Talia went into the house after Jameson left and broke down in tears.
She held her chest, gasping for air.
She had said those words to hurt Jameson but it was as though she had hurt herself more with her words.
"Crying won't change anything", Lucy deadpanned, disappointed with Talia's decision.
She had seen everything that had happened between Talia and Jameson, she wondered why Talia was giving Jameson the cold shoulder and trying so hard pushing him away.
"I know, but If I ever want to get out of Clifford's clutch, I need to abide by his rules and follow his wishes", Talia said.
"Is that why you are pushing away the one person who has been there for you ever since your father's accident?" Lucy asked.
