I woke up in Asher's arms as he carried me past a doorway. The pain hasn’t returned just yet so I am able to see and focus on what is going on. I look around my surroundings and I realized I had no idea where we were. “Hey Ash. Where are we?”
He sat down on the edge of the bed keeping me in his arms and breathing in my scent. “This is a cabin on the edge of Alpha Rogers pack lands. He thought it would be best if we were far away from unmated males since your scent seems to be stronger than most. Trevor was barely able to keep him in the car until they made it back to his house.”
“Oh okay. I feel bad he had to go through that. I am glad he had this cabin to offer us.” My stomach growls loudly. I giggle in my embarrassment and Asher actually laughs at me. “Do we have anything to eat?”
