I moved closer to Amelia and I sniffed her neck, she smelt like vanilla and strawberry. I smiled and muttered, “I'm glad you like it, Amelia. It's a small token of appreciation for the joy you brought into my life.”
“It's stunning, thank you for such a thoughtful gesture.” she said and I clashed my lips into hers. We shared dessert, savoring each bite of the decadent chocolate soufflé.
As we left the restaurant, Anelia hailed a cab, but I stopped her. “Let me take you home, Amelia.”she uttered, “That would be lovely, thank you.”
As I reached Amelia's doorstep, I took a moment. “I had a fantastic time tonight, Amelia. Can I see you again?” I held her waist and pulled her in for a kiss.
She smiled and mumbled, “I'd like that, Desmond. Let's do it again.”
