Chapter 8: The Kiss

1814 Words
Daniel's POV 'Sh*t, I still can't calm down...' I'm glad my member, who was wide awake, didn't draw any attention to himself while we were drinking. He will hit me if he finds out his sister is behind this. I drank everything in the bottle right away. "Are you okay now?" Then I looked at Ryker. "Of course. Why?" A smile came across his face. "You look like you're in a hurry." "No," I replied. "Hey, how are you and Ann?" Ryker asked, "Is she now your girlfriend?" Before I spoke, I smiled and drank a beer. "Of course not," I said. "It looks like you don't know our rules." Ryker chuckled. "This is why my brother Ryker and you get along so well: your brains work the same way," Russell commented. We both turned to look at her. It seems like she's drunk. The same goes for Claire, who looks like she's dizzy. Ryker smirked. "Your gut doesn't seem the same as Claire's when you talk," Ryker said. "Claire, aren't we decent people?" Russel said. Claire looked over, but it looked like she was having trouble opening her eyes. The two of them made us laugh. Russell glanced at me. "You seem like you're having a good time, Sir. Did I make you happy, huh?" Russell said this sarcastically. "To be honest, yes, every day," I replied with a smile. "Ahm, Russel, I'm sorry but I need to sleep. My head feels like it's spinning...." Claire covered her mouth with her hand. When she no longer felt like she would throw up, she took her hand off her mouth. "The Earth is moving too fast. Good night, everyone..." Claire stood, held her head up, and slightly closed her eyes. "Jeez, Claire, I'll take you to your cabin." I was about to get up when Ryker stood up out of the blue. The beer in the bottle he was holding was empty. "Dude, I don't trust you. I'll take her." Ryker told me. I chuckled at what he said. "So you trust me with your childish, grumpy baby sister?" "Childish?" Russell asked me. "Seriously?" After saying, "I know you can't win against her," Ryker smiled and grabbed Claire's arm. The girl was shocked when Ryker lifted her. "Oh my goodness!" Claire said as she stared at Ryker in shock. "Hey, Ryker! Do not do anything with my best friend, or I will always curse you every day! You'll be sorry I became your sister!" Russell warned her brother as she was shouting at him. I chuckled and then drank the beer I had in my hand. Russell bowed and put her hands over it, but she said nothing. Since the beer we drank was strong, Russell was probably just as drunk as Claire. I'm not as close to her as I used to be because of that earlier incident. From where I was sitting, I could see Russell's face as she looked at the fire. "I don't want to do it..." Russell whispered, but I heard it since there were only two of us. "What wouldn't you want to do?" I asked with interest. Russell looked at me all of a sudden. "But I can't do anything about it. They saw you open that door," she says. "Out of all the men, why you? Why is it always you, huh?" "What are you talking about? What door?" Later, my phone started to ring, so I took it out of my pocket. Before I spoke, I glanced at Russell. "Hello, yes..." I got up and moved away from her a little. "Are you sure?" I asked the person on the other line. I stood there and talked on the phone and saw Ryker leave Russell's cabin. I hung up the phone and put it back in my pocket without looking at Ryker. He headed to his cabin. "Tsk, is he going to sleep now?" I smirked. Ryker has already had a drink, so I don't think he will leave the room immediately. But it looks like Ryker and Claire can't just have one night together. Does he like Claire, or is it because he's scared of his sister? I finished my beer and looked at Russell. In front of the fire, she was still sitting. She put her chin on her knee and hugged both legs. I smiled at her and pulled out my phone to take a shot. Then she turned around and looked at me, so I pretended to be on the phone with someone else. "All right, bye." I put the phone back in my pocket. I got up and went back to my seat. The bottles all over the sand were put under the tree for shade. "Daniel, are you clean?" I looked at Russell when she asked me about it out of the blue. "Yes, of course. I shower twice a day, in the morning and at night." "Silly! That is not what I meant," Russell said. The way she was sitting hadn't changed. "What do you mean, then?" "You sleep with different women every night, right? That's why I'm asking you," Russell said sternly. "That's too harsh. I don't "always" have s*x. Perhaps your older brother does." "Just answer my question," Russell yelled. "You are the one who asked the question, and you're getting mad," I told her. "We have an annual checkup and six blood donations yearly to keep me clean. I used condoms as well." "Good." "Why are you suddenly interested in knowing about my blood and whether I'm clean?" At first, I was speechless, but then I spoke again. "Are you thinking I have an STD?" "Why? Is it not possible?" "Jeez, I am careful with myself," I said. "And I don't "do" random women. I have standards as well, you know." My voice is firm and a little loud. "Are you yelling at me?" Russell gave me a mean snort. "Of course not! Your questions surprised me." I told you. It makes me mad when Russell gets mad. I don't want that to be why she leaves me—not because I'm scared of her. It's only going to be a year, so why be upset? "All right, come on. It's getting late. Let me take you to your cabin." Russel stood up. She didn't say anything but did what I told her to. I walked right up to her because she was also walking a little funny. "Haist, you're too full of yourself to drink. I already said that the alcohol content of red horse beer is higher." I told Russell. "Can you stop nagging? You nag like a woman. Are you gay?" Russell growled. I didn't say anything. I put my arm around her waist instead. So I could help her walk. I put her arm on my shoulder. "You're sweet, Daniel. You surprised me." Russell whispered. I haven't spoken yet. Finally, we were in front of Claire's room. I raised an eyebrow when I turned the door handle. 'Locked?' "Where is your key? I think your brother locked the door." Russell gave a grin. "Are you kidding me? Where would I hide the key if I wore a two-piece? You might want to check my top or undies to see if they were there." Though what she said was tempting, I ignored it. I knocked and called Claire's name, but she seemed asleep. "Haist, tell your brother off. Has he forgotten that you're still out here?" "You are so problematic. You have your room, right?" Russell said. "Let's go there." What she said surprised me. "What're you talking about? You might be referring to your brother's room..." We got closer to Ryker's cabin. The door was locked when I tried to open it. I glanced at Russell. 'Sh*t, I have no choice but to take her to my cabin.' We walked toward my room. I pulled the key out of my pocket and hit the lock with it right away. "How long will it be? I wish I could lie down." Russell complained. "A minute," I said, but she kept moving. As soon as I opened the door, she let go, which threw her off balance. Russell leaned against the door, and I was able to hold her. "Are you okay?" I asked. She put too much weight on the door. After closing the door, I put my arm around her waist again. When I carefully placed her on the bed, she clung to my neck and pulled me close to her face. That surprised me. I could smell that beer on her breath. I looked at her face. Every time I see her, I can't help but look at her and take pictures of her. I can't live without her. I go crazy if I don't see her for a day, even in a snap. I looked at her from her eyes to her nose, then down her lips. She's the most beautiful girl in the world for me, even though she always scolds me. Something about her bright red lips makes me want to give in and taste her. "You're very handsome, Daniel..." Russell told me as she tried to open her eyes and see me. "Finally, you said that. I'm handsome.." I smiled and said. I was surprised when she took her hand off my neck and used her finger to caress my lips. "I wonder how good your kisses are." "Kiss me so you would know..." I immediately ravish her lips. Damn, her lips are so soft, like a sweet marshmallow. What I didn't expect was for her to kiss me back. She knows how to kiss, but I can teach her more if we always do this. As I realized what I was doing, I frowned and turned my face away from her. "Jeez, young lady, don't tease me, or you'll regret it." "Then don't let me regret this..." She pulled my head back toward her, and our lips touched. I couldn't help but kiss her because I was dying too. I should have had this all along. She responded, so I deepened my kiss. I sucked and bit her lower lips, tasting it and savoring its softness. I was on fire. I got on the bed and positioned myself on Russell's top. I pressed my body against hers. As our bodies rubbed against one another, I began to feel a growing sensation of heat. As she parted her lips, I immediately inserted my tongue in her mouth, and she welcomed it. Our tongue dances like a tango inside her mouth. I explored every inch of her mouth and sucked her tongue hungrily. As I let go of her tongue, she slightly bit mine and sucked it. This kiss isn't enough. I need more than just a kiss. "Oh, Daniel," she moaned weakly. I was suddenly stunned.
