11 SPIRITUAL HEALING
On Thursday and Friday, William worked in his gardens front and back for most of the day and took a hot bath every evening. His back still hurt, but he had known worse and he was giving it a lot of punishment. However, the previous yoga exercises, the painkillers and the hot baths were keeping the discomfort to a tolerable level. When Saturday morning came, his gardens were ready to be planted and he knew which plants, flowers and herbs he wanted. He had made a list and a schematic diagram to help him remember where to put them.
Becky and John arrived at ten to do the main weekly shop for the two households.
