As much as Blue's guilt made her want to stay and help Arlo patch up Narra's wounds, the physician told her that it'd be best if she wasn't present while he explained to Althea and Lyonis Sheinstone the current state of their son. Narra would live, he'd just need a few weeks to heal completely.
