I let Isra go when Kellan came up, I didn’t want to exchange words with him and decided that he would take Isra with him, since that was the reason he came here. I would meet with my parents after school, and discuss with them how I can be the Beta because I wanted this to be the last time I would let Isra go and not do anything to stop it.
I needed to know where I stand and that’s what I was gonna do.
“Declan, you’re home in time for dinner. Your dad wants us to have dinner together, you know it happens just once in a while because of how busy we are.” Mom said when I got home. Rowan was already seated on the dining table.
“I will join you in a minute.” I muttered, she hugged me and kissed my cheeks.
