Jackson, Neri, and I, all made our way to our homeroom class. We're going to hang out later, and we're deciding what to watch.
"Absolutely not!" Neri said as we walked into Mr. Park's classroom. "No scary movies."
I snorted as we sat in our normal spots. "Scary movies are not that bad, Neri. You just need a big, strong man to hold you throughout the movie," I looked at Jackson. "Ah! Look! I found one!" I grabbed Jackson's shirt as I looked at Neri.
Neri turned into a tomato. Her face is bright red and her eyes are wide.
"I'll hold you any day, my lady," Jackson told her.
Neri slammed her head against her desk without another word, and that's when Mr. Park walked by me, to his desk.
Surprisingly, he hasn't given me detention since last Friday. It's Wednesday now.
Mr. Park sat a cup of coffee on his desk, then he looked at me, almost like he's startled that I'm staring into his soul, then he looked at my grip on Jackson.
I knew exactly what he was going to say before the words even left his mouth.
"Detention," he said.
My eyes widened as I let Jackson go.
Congratulations, Asha, you jinxed yourself, dumbass.
"I didn't do anything!" I said. I held my hands up defensively.
Mr. Park stared at me, clearly enjoying this. "Would you like detention tomorrow, also, Asha?" Mr. Park asked with a smirk across his face.
I clenched my jaw. "No, sir," I quietly replied. Mr. Park took his attention to a paper on his desk.
"What are you gonna do about him, Asha?" Jackson quietly asked me.
I fully turned to face Jackson. "What can I do? Nothing."
Jackson shrugged. "I know plenty of things you can do," he leaned closer to me. "Go along with it."
"Go along with what?" I asked. I glanced over, to find Mr. Park glancing between the two of us.
"Him; go along with it," Jackson said. "You told me he says things to make you uncomfortable, right? Act as if it doesn't, act as if you like it."
"But I don't," I said.
"Exactly. Mr. Park is in our age range, so he obviously enjoys teasing you, because he knows he can and he knows he can get away with it; but, if you show that you enjoy it, he'll get scared that he'll lose his job, so he'll back off," Jackson said. "It's simple."
"Not simple enough," I said. "I can't talk to boys in general, especially not our incredibly hot teacher."
"Ha!" Neri burst out laughing. "I knew it!"
I flinched once I realized what I had said.
I did, in fact, just compliment my teacher -- not to his face, but to my only two friends.
Jackson covered his mouth as he held in a laugh. "Scandalous," he said.
"Die, both of you," I turned straight again and looked at Mr. Park. He's on his computer, and he's got a small smile across his face.
There's no way he heard that, right?

Neri and Jackson just left school. We're hanging out at my place today after I get out of detention.
I walked into Mr. Park's room. He's standing near his desk, on his phone.
I groaned as I sat at my desk. Mr. Park paid me no attention at first, but then he looked at me.
"How was your classes, Asha?"
I blankly stared at him. "Oh, yeah, most were great, other than my first period class -- the teacher is a major dick."
Mr. Park tilted his head. "Oh, the incredibly hot one you were talking about earlier?" Mr. Park questioned.
My face turned red instantly. "I-I-I-I-," I stuttered. "Shut up," I looked away from him.
My phone vibrated. I pulled it out and opened a text.
Suga Suga : Ashaaaa I'll be in Seoul on Saturday. One of my friends have a birthday that day so ur coming with us to celebrate
hoe
Me: You have no friends loser
Suga Suga : Ahhh yes I do!! U'll see little one
"No phones out during detention," Mr. Park said. "You know the rules, Asha."
I looked up at him as he put on his round glasses. "I'm talking to my brother," I told him.
"So?" Mr. Park rose an eyebrow.
"So?" I repeated.
Mr. Park took a deep breath. "I didn't know you had a brother."
"Yeah? Well, now you do," I said.
Mr. Park's tongue grazed his bottom lip. "I'm sure I could find out much more about you; things that even you don't know about," he smirked, glancing down to my chest.
Oh, God, now I'm embarrassed, but I remembered what Jackson said.
Go with it, Asha.
I lightly smiled as I crossed my arms across my chest. "Jimin," I paused, "if you're gonna do something, do it. I'm tired of waiting," I tilted my head as I bit my bottom lip.
Mr. Park's eyebrows lowered and his eyes grew dark as he looked at me.
For a second, I was actually scared. Mr. Park is very intense when he looks at people.
He stared at me, clearly confused. "Ms. Mae," he slowly approached me. He stopped directly in front of my desk. "It's not very polite to tease a man," he quietly said.
Mr. Park gently moved some hair away from my face, then he tilted my chin up, so I'm looking at him.
Oh, this is bad.
My face immediately heated up. Mr. Park smirked. "There it is," he quietly laughed, his fingers lingered on my neck and chin.
I swallowed hard as I tried to think of something to say, but I can't.
Why am I so turned on right now?
Sweet Jesus, es -- f*****g-- cape.
I quickly stood up and made my seat fly back and hit the desk behind me. "I am-I am going home," I told him.
I put my backpack on, then I gave him one more look, just waiting for Mr. Park to protest, but he didn't. He actually let me leave.

As I sat between Neri and Jackson on my couch, I couldn't think about anything else other than what happened in Mr. Park's class.
I need to vent.
I looked at Neri as she played a game on her phone, then I looked at Jackson.
Jackson glanced over to me. "What?" he asked.
"Come help me make popcorn," I told him as I stood up.
"Why?" Jackson asked. I shot him a look as I walked towards the kitchen. "Oh, gotcha," he stood up and followed me.
"It didn't help," I quietly told him as I stopped in the kitchen. "I made it so, so much worse, Jackson," I turned to face him.
"What happened?" Jackson asked.
"Mr. Park is a freaking pervert," I mumbled. "Let's just say, playing along with him made him worse -- sweet Jesus, it made him so much worse."
Jackson sighed. "Why do you care? I would've thought you would enjoy getting attention from our 'incredibly hot teacher,'" Jackson smirked.
I rolled my eyes. "Shut up!" I playfully hit him in his arm. "God, I can't go to school tomorrow -- or Friday, for that matter."
Jackson shrugged as he crossed his arms. "Stay home," he suggested.
I nodded. That's what I'll do. Yoongi is coming on Saturday, so I won't have to deal with Mr. Park until Monday. I just have to avoid leaving my loft until then.
