Chapter 11

Emery POV........

After meeting with Mister Fidelis, Emery walked back to his office to pick up his phone, before dialing Issac's number, but it wasn't reachable.

He dials it again, but is still not reachable, which causes a frown to appear on Emery's face.

'Ahhh.....'.

Feeling tired and bored as I look at the piles of work on my desk, I couldn't help but wonder where Issac has gone to.

I need him now, but he is nowhere to be found.

Issac's favorite spot was 'Sony's restaurant'. I instantly remember that Isaac might have gone there, probably to look for a woman again, or maybe he went there to have some drink....... who knows.

"Hello, Samantha" Emery called Samantha his driver, using his iPhone, which was already beside his ear.

"Good afternoon sir". The person from the other line said

"Samantha!. I want you to prepare the car, I'll be down in the next few minutes". I said.

I didn't wait for Samantha to say anything before I quickly hung up the call.

I quickly pick my wristwatch from my table.

My watch is a $72 Million Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime and by mere looking at it, you will know that it's worth a lot of fortune.

I arrange the files on my desk before walking out of my office.

Inhaling and exhaling loudly, I step inside the elevator, trying to maintain my composure.

Before I walked out of my company, I saw that my car was already packed outside.

'Ahhh... Samantha is a good driver, maybe that is why I pick her, instead of me picking a guy. I said within myself.

"Samantha!. Please take me to Sony's restaurant". I said while entering the car.

"Yes sir". Samantha responded while at the same time, she bowed her head, before walking to the driver's seat.

The ride turned out to be a fast and peaceful ride, which was what I enjoyed.

"Sir we are here". Samantha said, which brought me back to reality. I was already spacing out, but Samantha's last word brought me back.

I enter the restaurant, leaving Samantha behind. She is my driver so I expect her to always be in the car.

"Good day sir". A waitress said while smiling. She wore a short gown, a black top, and an apron wrapped around her.

She was holding a book in her left hand, while a pen was in her right hand.

"Please can you get me fried noodles, with a fried egg attached to it," I said to the waitress who was standing beside me?

The waitress wrote my order on the book she was holding, as a smile was plastered on her pretty baby round face.

"Anything else sir?". She asked, but I shook my head, indicating that I didn't need anything else.

The waitress left me, after saying she will be back shortly.

I started staring around while looking at those that were enjoying their meals.

A lot of couples were there, likewise a lot of lovely families, who kept chatting as they ate their meal.

As I was still staring around, my eyes suddenly spotted the couple I saw earlier today, but that wasn't the only thing that cut my attention, because I saw Delilah Adams, who had an apron wrap on her waist, but surprisingly she is still on the previous clothes that she took from me.

I started observing her, as she kept on talking to the beautiful couple while plastering a smile on her face.

She nods her head at the couple, before leaving the couple. I didn't see her writing down what the couple needed, which means only one thing, that the couples aren't ready to order anything yet.

Delilah left the couple and went straight to a guy with long hair.

The guy wore a blue kimono and dressed smartly.

I instantly recognize who the person is, by just staring at his long hair.

I didn't take my eyes off Delilah, as I saw her lips moving seductively while she kept on talking to Issac.

She gave Issac a heavy slap on his cheek which made me chuckle out loud from my seat, but the next thing I saw wasn't something I also expected, but it took me off guard.

Delilah started touching Issac's hair. She entangled her hands like if they were married couples, or if one could say...... 'Lovers'.

She kept on smiling, while her hands kept on roaming around on Isaac's body, as she continued talking to Esther who is Issac Ex.

Isaac stood up from his seat as he grabbed her by her hand, and I suddenly got upset with all the display Delilah was partaking in.

While I was still in my seat, I tried my best to maintain my calm but after watching Delilah display who she is..... I got angry and walked straight to them. Esther stood up from her seat and walked past Delilah, hitting her on her shoulder, while staring at her with the eye that says 'If I see you anyway near my boy, I am gonna kill you. Esther kept on eyeing Delilah as she walked past her.

By just looking at Esther's behavior, the range of anger in me exploded. I grab Delilah by her shoulder, using force.

I was very angry, but I was also happy that I didn't hurt, while I was dragging her because that would turn into another story.

"What is wrong with you!". I yelled at Delilah with blood lust. "Why is it that you love boys so much? Why can't you just stay away from my friend!". I added while raising my brows, but my voice was so loud, that those in the restaurant turned around as they just started staring.

There wasn't a single noise coming from the people in the restaurant. If you listen very carefully, you can hear the sound of the passing flies flying around.

"Hey, Mister Handsome….. watch your mouth". Delilah said, making her voice louder, not even feeling a bit ashamed, even though a lot of people are staring at her.

"So Delilah, what are you doing with Issac, this time again?" I yelled at the top of my voice.

"Oops!. My bad. I didn't know that he was your girlfriend..... ohh!..... Boyfriend…. Anyway, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding" Delilah said, while smiling mischievously.

Issac was dumbfounded by what he just heard. His eyes were in full display, due to the surprise.

He was surprised because he had actually thought the lady standing beside him name was actually Samantha…… and he was also surprised because his boss and the lady were arguing.

"We .... we aren't gay". Issac said as his mouth suddenly betrayed him because he suddenly became tongue tied.

"What are you saying, Delilah. Are you trying to say me and Issac have turned gay? are you that stupid. I saw you romantically touching Issac earlier, and you had behaved like that the previous day...... which means that you are only looking for someone to hook up with. Why do you even have to disturb Issac? Please just let him be". I said as I tried my best to calm down.

"Okay, Mister Handsome. I am going to leave you and your girlfriend alone". Delilah said as she started touching Issac's hair, seductively.

"You guys are just so lovely...... Wow, an overprotective boyfriend huh?Awen...... I'm so jealous. I wish I had someone like this..... but as long as I don't have an overprotective boyfriend, I am free to do whatever I want to". Delilah said as she started to smirk in a way I just couldn't comprehend.

I could no longer take it anymore, so I grabbed her hand with full force and was about to say something but couldn't because she was ahead of me.

"Ohh. You want your clothes right?". She asked, arching her brow. "You should have informed me earlier..... but it is never too late though. I will still give them to you alright". Delilah said, which caught me off guard.

I wasn't expecting her to say such a word out of her mouth, but as I said, she caught me off guard.

She removed the kimono she wore, and gave it to me, with a smile on her face.

Delilah left me and Issac who was dumbfounded beside the door as she sat down beside a nearby chair and pulled the trouser that she took from my place. She gave them to me and stand up while smiling more seductively, like if what happened to her was just a normal thing.
