“I need help,” I demanded as I walked into Naomi’s kitchen.
“Oh, hello…sure, come on in,” Naomi remarked as she glanced over at me.
“I need an epic date idea,” I said as I hopped up onto the counter island. Naomi was preparing dinner, but that wasn’t my problem. No, my problem was coming up with an epic first date.
“Well, you two have hung out together…quite a lot…is there something you guys haven’t already done?” she asked as she resumed cutting up some potatoes.
“I mean, we’ve done a lot of eating and drinking together, if that’s what you mean,” I said. “Which is something I don’t want to do. I don’t want to take him out to dinner or for drinks,”
