MAZIKEEN'S POV
I tried holding myself back but I couldn't. Tears rolled out of my eyes. I sniffled and couldn't free myself from Penelope's bosom. She came in just when I took the bold step to leave the house. I wanted leaving under Joyce's influence. She thought I was lying. But then I didn't know why I was reluctant in leaving. A part of me didn't want to leave and it baffled me why.
"You don't need to cry" Penny consoled and rubbed her hand behind my back. I floated on the moon because that was the first time ever in my life that someone stood up for me. I couldn't control myself. I encased her so tightly in the hug.
