Running from the pack

Dinner and game night!

I quickly hoped out of the bath, rise and dried off, now I am late, “I am never late!” I quickly get dressed and run down the stairs, my heart skips a beat every time, I see my handsome mate. He has brown hair, ocean blue eyes, he is 6 ‘5” and he is so muscular! “that is one of the plus side to being a werewolf” we are taller and muscular. But my mate works out and trains everyday for three hours a day, his muscles are out of this world. He clears his throat, as I get lost staring at him. I just can’t get enough. He can still make me blush after ten years together. We found out on my 16th birthday we were mates, but Dan already knew as Dan is six months older. He knew but wanted me to be able to experience this wonder gift. so he said nothing. He always tells me he had the hardest time controlling his wolf as Dean wanted to mark me on the spot! Controlling one’s wolf is hard but an Alphas wolf is even more difficult, when it comes to your mate, but Amanda and myself are thankful he did. On the morning of my 16 I woke up to an amazing smell of Apples and cinnamon spice this is so funny to me, as this is also my favorite dessert and drink “hot Apple pie and hot Apple cider!” I guess the moon goddess does decide when we are born who are mate are as we get our scents when we’re born.

I find myself giggling like a little school girl! I can’t help but run to my mate and wrap my arms around him, I have missed him so much. “I know he has only been down one floor working,” but it always seems like a lifetime when we are apart. We have a separate wing in the pack house if you’re looking at it from the outside it looks a lot like a mansion or a large apartment complex that humans would own! It’s eight floors has a wraparound huge driveway it sits on 300 acres of land we have fifty houses for the pack housing for family’s and elders. We have amusement park with lots of ride, our own carnival for celebration and a water park too! Way cooler than the great wolf lodge in Wisconsin. On the first floor we have a kitchen lunch room style to fit anyone one who wants to have breakfast, lunch or dinner along with afternoon or late night snack. Kitchen is open from 4:00 am to 2:00 am with full staff. 24 /7. Down the hall is a daycare center for all the small pups and off of that with its own separate entrance for the school. pups pre K through 8th grade go their, then two blocks away we have the high school and college for the older wolves. So we have our own little community far away from humans. We have a full work out gym less then a block away where you can work out, play basketball, volleyball or swim what ever you choose along with the training center on the back side. This is everyone dreamcome true! “The human would call this a cult or something” but this is just how packs houses are.

“Oh my I’m rambling on.” Now going back to our beautiful pack house, the color is white with black windows, doors and trim we have a ten car garage.. second floor is an arcade and the teen wing for anyone 15 and up who need a little more freedom. The rooms are camp style some are with 8 beds in each dorm, unless you need a different bed, then we have queen sizes bed three in a room. Third floor is the warrior wing, where family’s can live we have eight family’s living there, fourth floor is the gamma wing we also have six family living here. The fifth floor is office space for pack members, we have over 30 bathrooms through out the pack house! “A lot I know” but with everyone we have living here it is needed! The sixth floor is the beta wing we have six family’s living here. Seventh floor is the Alpha, Luna, Beta and Gamma offices for pack business and the top floor is of course the Alphas wing for us. We do have two elevator in case it’s needed. Now going back to game night.

Mark, Nancy, Dan and myself head into the dinning room Nina has made a buffet for us, prime rib, chicken, tacos, seven layered salad, mashed potatoes with sour cream cheese and gravy, corn, bake beans, green beans and asparagus. We have a choice of water, lemonade with or without strawberries, cranberry juice with Tito’s vodka or not! And whisky. I love all the food I tell Nina. it’s so hard to choose what I want! “No we don’t waste anything, any left over goes to the teen ward and is always gone in seconds”. You out did your shelf again. You’re amazing! “Nina” would you like to join us? See other pack house would never let the cooks join but Nina is family to us. She politely declined and left us to enjoy the food. Dan lead the prayers as we pray to the moon goddess for all the amazing gifts she has bestowed upon us. Human’s have their god we have a moon goddess!

Dinner was done and the maids quickly cleaned up, time for the games to begin. First up is scramble I love this game it makes my mind sharp!

“Yes!” Not again they all three say “oxyphenbutazone for the win” what does everyone else want to play next I say as I look up from cleaning the game up… I look all around when I don’t hear anyone mention anything that’s when I look over and see Nancy looking at the clock. its now 11:30 pm and we have to be up at 3:00 am for the female training that starts at 4:00 am and that is her way of reminding me, that we have the am training while the men have the pm this week! Ugh how did I forget that. We all bid are farewell and head off to bed 3:00 am will be here soon.
