To love again???

Mia rushed out of the house after trying so hard for a long period of time trying to calm her fussy son down. She was seriously late for work and hoped her best friend, Tara had covered up for her, as usual. She was very thankful for having a friend like her. Dame wasn't very fussy but he loved his mother a lot and had cried all through the morning about not going to school. He wanted to follow his mother to work, (which was very impossible).  She had placated him with lots of chocolate cakes, which were his favorite before he finally calmed down. Mia hated seeing her son cry. She has gone through a lot for him, and would gladly do the same again. He was the splitting replica of his father.  "No... No... No... Not this morning ", she chided herself quickly before she went down the memory lane of her and Jasper.  She already has enough trouble on her plate this morning without needing to add more salt to the injury. Thoughts of jasper firmly pushed to the back of her mind, she hurried to her working place. She could already see Tara serving customers from the front window of the big supermarket where she worked from Mondays to Fridays.  "If only jasper was here... ", her subconscious whispered, she would have been treated like a queen and....  "But he's not here", she answered back and quickly pushes his thoughts to the back of her mind again.  "Stupid motherfucker, son of a b! tch, coming into my thoughts when he's not even welcomed there", she mumbles under her breath, just has she got to the shop.  Tara quickly waves at her and mouths "the boss has been asking about you" Mia shrugs and asks "where is he? " Just has she gets closer to Tara,  she turnes to greet the customer she was attending to....... But one look at his face,.... She froze.....  She never expects to see that face again....  The same face she sees in her three year old son everyday......  The world spins around her a little and she grasp the table in front of her, holding on for dear life....  She briefly registers Tara asking if she was ok... But she couldn't even come to terms with what she was saying.  She close her eyes for a second and wills her mind to stop playing games with her...  She slowly opens them back and realizes she was not imagining it....... Jasper was really in front of her
