Dimitri point of view
I had a shitty day at work. Two of my suppliers had delayed shipments and I had 3 permits denied. I just wanted to go beat something up. My attitude changed entirely when I made my way back up to the alpha suite.
I heard the music playing before I opened the door. Opening the door, I saw my kitten cooking in the kitchen. She is wearing jeans and a t-shirt and has a moon flower in her hair. It is my favorite flower, and was my mother's favorite flower. In typical Remide fashion, she is dancing and singing into the spatula. I walked over to her and grabbed her by the waist. She smiled and kissed me. All the negativity from my day washes away from the taste of her lips.
"Here, try this." She said, handing me a spoon with some sauce on it.
