Dax’s POV
We ran our wolves until they were exhausted and then we returned to the house. We planned lunch for Cat.
I finally made it to my room and went straight to bed, passing out.
I woke up to a mind link from Axel. He was the morning person. Me not so much.
“Get up. We have s**t to do.”
I groaned and got out of bed and headed to the shower. I turned the shower on and ran my electric razor over my face, keeping my facial hair at a five o’clock shadow, and then brushed my teeth and stepped into the shower.
“We see, mate?” Rocky linked me.
“Hopefully in a little while.”
This made him happy, so he didn’t get too wound up about not seeing her. I washed real fast and got out and got dressed and met Axel in the office.
