Maria quickly rushed towards the next boss monster that was already close to the place she landed since it was originally her objective in the first place.
This boss monster was a mutated version of some kind of cockatrice. On Gaia, there were more mythical creatures that were monsters than on Eur, the starting planet. From what she knew, a cockatrice was practically just like a winged dragon but with the head of a rooster.
A normal cockatrice was quite large, about 5 meters in height and 8 to 10 meters in length. On Eur, it would have been a boss-class monster but on Gaia, it was only an ordinary mob.
