10 Evelyn followed the witches’ Hummer to the lodge, as if we didn’t know where their coven was located. As we approached the ski lodge, the gates opened and the snow melted along a wide stone drive that led to the main door. But it didn’t stop there. The path rounded to the side and disappeared into a garage door underneath the lodge, hidden by the mountainside. We went into the underground garage, parking beside the witches’ Hummer. Three black SUVs, two Jeeps, a red sports car, and two big sedans, plus a few snowmobiles and the Hummer, filled the garage. These witches were obscenely wealthy.
