I gasped, eyes widening in disbelief.
"You!" I spat out, my voice laced with shock and anger. He just smirked at me, his expression filled with arrogance.
"Yes, me," he whispered, his tone almost mocking.
"Surprised to see me, little one?" I stared at him, trying to make sense of the situation. It was him, the arrogant guy from the West Wing. What the hell was he doing here? And why the hell did he push me into this room? My heart was racing, confusion and anger mixing inside me.
“What the f**k are you doing here? And why the f**k did you drag me into a f*****g room? You're not supposed to be here," I snapped at him, my temper rising.
He just stood there, staring at me with that infuriating smirk on his face. I could feel my blood boiling. Who does he think he is?
“Oh, hello! I'm talking to you. What do you think you're doing?" I demanded, my voice sharp and insistent.
“Teaching you a lesson," he replied calmly, leaning in closer to me. A shiver ran down my spine as I felt the heat of his body so close to mine.
"Teaching me a lesson?" I thought, my mind racing. What was he talking about? What lesson? He continued speaking, his voice filled with anger.
"Why the f**k did you kiss and touch that guy on stage?" His words caught me off guard, and I blinked, trying to process what he was saying. Was he serious?
“I saw you up there, letting him put his hands on you, letting him kiss you."
His tone was full of accusation, his anger palpable.
For a second, I just stared at him, shocked by his words. Then, suddenly, I burst into laughter. "Oh my... are you my boyfriend now?" I mocked, my voice dripping with sarcasm.
“Do I need your permission to do anything? I don't belong to you," I added, still laughing. I couldn't believe the audacity of this guy. But he didn't flinch.
“Oh, but you do," he said softly, his breath brushing against my skin, making me feel a sudden rush of cold fear.
"You just don't know it yet. But you belong to me, Evelyn." His words sent a shiver through me, and I felt my heart beat faster.
My eyes widened, and I instinctively tried to push him away, but he didn't budge. He was like a rock, unmoving and solid.
"You're insane," I whispered, my voice trembling slightly.
“Maybe," he replied with a dark smile.
"But I'm not going anywhere. You're mine, Evelyn.
And no one....no one....will come between us."
His words were like a cold hand wrapping around my heart. This guy was out of his mind. Which kind of high drug, he's on? I needed to get out of here, Fast.
“Are you f*****g stupid? Are you drunk? Get aside, or you will regret it! What the hell do you even want from me?" I spat out, trying to sound as threatening as I could, even though my legs were starting to shake. I had no idea what he was capable of, but I knew I had to act fast.
A low, rumbling laugh echoed from him, filling the small room. "Everything," he replied simply, his eyes dark and intense.
“I want everything you are, everything you have. I want you to know who you belong to." He leaned in closer, our noses almost touching.
“You'll learn to obey, Evelyn. You'll learn to be mine. And now, I want you to listen, stay away from every guy. If you dare go against my order, you will f*****g regret it."
My eyes darted around, searching desperately for a way out, but there was none. He had me cornered. I could feel the panic rising in my chest.
"I can hear your heart racing, little one," he whispered against my ear. I hated the way my body reacted, the way my breath hitched at his words. "You don't scare me," I managed to say, though my voice wavered.
He smirked, leaning back slightly, still holding me in place. "Good," he said with a grin.
“Fear isn't what I'm after. Obedience, submission... that's what I want." I cringed at his words, feeling a mix of anger and fear bubbling inside me.
“You'll learn, Evelyn. You'll learn soon enough," he continued, his voice low and commanding. I felt a surge of defiance rising inside me.
“Get the hell away from me, you bastard!" I shouted, my hands pushing hard against his chest.
"What if I don't?" he taunted, loosening his grip on my arms just a little, giving me a taste of freedom before tightening it again, harder this time. His hold was strong, and I could feel his fingers digging into my skin.
“Remember this moment, Evelyn," he whispered, his voice soft but filled with a warning.
"Remember who you belong to." That was it. I'd had enough. My anger boiled over, and I decided to act. Before he could say another word, I kicked him hard, right in the groin. He groaned in pain, his grip on me loosening. I felt a rush of satisfaction.
"You psycho!" I spat, slipping out of his grasp.
“Go have yourself checked," I snapped, a wicked grin spreading across my face as I bolted for the door.
"Damn it, Evelyn!" he growled, but before he could grab me again, I darted out of the room. I didn't look back. I just ran.
As I rushed out of the room, my heart pounding in my chest, I collided with someone and fell hard onto the floor.
“Ouch!" I groaned in pain. "Evelyn, are you okay?" Hailey's voice was filled with concern as she grabbed my hand, pulling me up to stand.
“Yeah, I'm okay," I muttered, trying to catch my breath. "What are you doing here?" I asked, trying to sound casual, even though my heart was still racing.
“Nothing, it's been half an hour since you went to change, so I came to check on you. Are you okay? What happened? You haven't even changed, and where are you coming from, running?" she asked, looking at me with wide eyes.
"Uh, we have to go now. I'll tell you later," I said quickly, grabbing my phone and clothes from the locker.
Without wasting another second, I grabbed Hailey's hand and pulled her along, running towards the auditorium. As we ran, my mind raced with everything that had just happened. What's wrong with that guy? And what did he want from me? I needed answers, but for now, all I could think about was getting as far away from him as possible.
