Angela sat down Derrick gazed at her and smiled she was embarrassed for doubting her oy friend Derrick realized.
"Don't worry if I was you I would doubt you too I would have died in anger I would be very disappointed and acted foolishly love to make people act foolishly?" Derrick said.
Angela laughed.
Sally and Nelly rushed back to the hostel they entered their hostel Ruth was already in a celebration mood dancing around the room and looking at the pictures on f*******:.
"You are a genius who did this?" She asked.
Pointing at the pictures on f*******:.
"We two lowed Derrick luckily we found them with that girl we took the photos and put them on the university page," Sally said.
Ruth hugged them.
"You are my friends indeed I will always remember you," Ruth said
She gave them two thousand dollars each.
"All this is more than enough" Sally said.
"No what you've done for me is more than enough go and treat yourself," Ruth said.
Sally and Nelly looked at each other and smiled.
"We would like to know if the plan worked how are we going to know since it's already getting late," Nelly asked.
Ruth thought for a while.
"How about we two visit them to ask Derrick to assist us to do the assignment since he is best in class? Nelly asked.
"That is the best idea please do so before it's too late" Ruth advised.
Nelly and Sally took their notebooks they walked out of the room Joy spotted them she realized they are going towards Angela's hostel she rushed and followed them from behind Sally knocked on the door Angela seated with Derrick facing one another they heard the knock at the door they were very surprised to hear the knock of the door at that time since they enrolled at the university Derrick walked towards the door he opened.
"It's you welcome," Derrick said.
Angela got surprised wondering who were they they strode into the room Angela stood to see them.
"Welcome it's the first time you visit me," Angela said.
They walked and sat Sally and Nelly got shocked to see that Angela and Derrick are on good terms Joy reckoned that they had gone into Angela's hostel she was disturbed.
"What are these ladies after they are after something malicious for me to know what is going on I will join them," she said to herself.
She rushed and knocked on the door Derrick heard her go and opened the door.
"Captain it's you welcome," Derrick said excitedly.
Joy came into the room.
"Just in time welcome we have another team mated here," Angela said happily.
Joy came and greeted them and sat she looked at Angela and observed Sally and Nelly and realized they were not happy she recalled what they just did in the hypermarket taking photos and posted on the university's f*******: page joy sat Angela prepared something to eat as they sat Sally removed her not book and handed over to Derrick.
"Have you finished the assignment please help us?" Sally said.
"I did this before going to the match we did with Angela," Derrick said.
Joy got a chance to examine their emotions and realized that they are not happy also they were not after the assignments they were after something else Joy was surprised to see Derrick and Angela still together after the ordeal on a f*******: book she was very surprised she thought they have not seen what was going on on f*******: she knew who posted the pictures.
Angela brought the food and served it to everyone they ate as Derrick assisted them with the assignments Joy decided to take a challenge and asked Derrick, Derrick realized that joy was moody and seem to be disappointed he looked at her but Joy was taken by thought thinking of what the two ladies did.
"Are you aware that there are some photos posted on f*******: for you Derrick and a certain charming lady posted using an anonymous account?" Joy asked.
Angela laughed joy got surprised Nelly and sally looked at each other in shock but expected that Derrick and Angela don't know.
"We were the first to see the post we don't know the intention for their post but I think they wanted to break our relationship with Derrick," Angela said.
"Unfortunately they did their work perfectly not knowing that the lady in the photo was Becky's sister to Derrick" Angela added.
Sally and Nelly got shocked and regretted what they did they looked at each other.
"I don't know their intention but I sympathize with them," Derrick said.
Sally and Nelly were very embarrassed they wished they didn't visit them Derrick assisted them Joy looked at them disappointedly.
Derrick did the assignment very first and handed over their notebooks Joy smiled at Derrick Derrick realized the attitude Joy have over the two ladies he looked at Angela but Angela had o clue at all Sally and Nelly were embarrassed they realized that their strategy didn't work also Angela was happy sitting beside he derrick holding him with one hand both looked at Joy joy did not turn her face to look at a different direction they both look at the floor with a lot of disappointment sally stood to excuse herself.
"Thanks, Derrick for doing for us the assignment" Sally thanked.
Nelly stood.
"Thanks for the food see you guys tomorrow," Nelly said.
"See you too but remember at three pm we shall be practicing basketball we shall be having inter universities-competition sn for the entire region," Joy said.
Angela stood in happiness and celebrated.
"That is what I have been waiting for!" She shouted.
Joy laughed as Sally and Nelly moved sadly outside their hostel Joy looked at them suspiciously.
"Why are you looking at them in that manner?" Angela asked.
Derrick followed them from behind and closed the door and came back and sat and kept quiet to follow what Joy said.
"Don't be naïve please your worst enemy is the friends you trust the most" Joy warned.
"Meaning?" Angela asked.
"If I may ask you the question?" Joy asked.
Who posted the photos on the university's f*******: page?" Joy asked.
"I don't know I have no clue at all" Angela responded.
Joy got shocked to hear Angela's response.
"You mean you don't know that it was meant to break you up with Derrick but the plan backfired?" Joy asked.
"If so who took the photos I would like to know" Angela reiterated.
"Immediately Derrick rushed to the city I saw those two ladies rushing after him I followed them from behind and found that they were spying on Derrick" Joy said.
Derrick in shock stood.
"You mean this is the people who took the photos anonymous account to post?" Derrick asked.
"Yes, I got them this is a video showing that it was them who took the snaps and posted" Joy reiterated.
"Derrick got hold of the video to watch they saw Sally and Nelly taking photos of them," Joy said.
Derrick and Angela got shocked and fall short of what to say.
"Your worst enemy is your best friend or even your relative with whom you share the same blood," Joy said.
"Something happened recently but I didn't disclose it to you," Joy said.
"What happened?" Angela asked in haste.
"You were removed from the university basketball list but I discovered and I fixed the problems before I send it to the administration" Joy said.
"What but what are they after?" Derrick asked.
"I guess one of them is a secret admirer to you I think they want to separate you for one of them to seek love from you Derrick you are a hot cake in the university," Joy said.
"I don't have plans to break up with my love Angela" Derrick assured.
Angela was very happy to hear what Derrick said.
"But you need to be careful the way I see things going they are very determined to break you up please, for now, don't disclose to anybody what happened I just wanted to caution you two that you have the worst enemy in the university" Joy said.
"Thanks so much, we are going to be very careful" Angela promised.
"Don't ask them anything for now pretend as if nothing happened" Joy advised.
