“So you’re going to another continent with a shark momma? And she really didn’t say anything about me spending time with you?” Audrey asks suspiciously.
“Why would she? I told you it will not be a problem,” Florence says encouragingly. “Besides, she obviously doesn’t care if she asks me to join her for a business trip.”
“Well, if I know one thing about Alex Benson, it’s that she never do anything just because she feels like it.” Florence rolls her eyes. She’s tired talking about Alex. Why can’t Audrey just let it go? Audrey sees that Florence isn’t happy, so she quickly adds, “Anyway, I’m just concerned, babe. Let’s watch something. Do you feel like movies? Or is there something you want to watch?” she asks as she scrolls through Netflix.
Florence sighs in a relief and smiles.
