Asher strolled down into his main mansion tiredly, fighting with the demon is not what really makes him tired but the fact that he had to rushed to the pack as fast as he could.
He could have got there the following morning comfortably but he just had to run there, luckily for him things didn’t go south like he had predicted.
“You’re back?” Emma asked unbelievable and walks toward him, he seems to have lost strength, “Please try and get upstairs, I can’t carry you by myself” Emma said holding his arm.
“I’m fine sweetheart” He said holding the stairs handle, he thought he’s not going to make it there on time and he would lost her forever.
He can’t even trace her scent and that could have made him go crazy completely, with all his power and strength he has? It’s all useless
