I was beyond thankful for aunty Alex, if it wasn't for her I don't know what Nim's faith would have been.
When the Headmaster told us all we can now return to our rooms I stood up and went to talk with my Dad.
When I got closer to him he looked at me and shook his head playfully.
"Nica, we talked about this language of yours. You can't go on disrespecting other Packs. That would get you into trouble."
I made the most innocent face I could muster.
"Daddy, wasn't it you who taught me to fight for those I love?"
I heard laughter from behind my back and it was uncle Nick.
