A loud series of clanks penetrated Asani's unrestful slumber. Upon opening his eyes his vision cleared to see his new surroundings, a dimly lit tent. Sitting up he winced as the back of his skull protested as he completed the act. He tried to rub the spot but couldn't reach it due to his wrists being bound by iron cuffs. Examining the shackles, he noticed an inscription etched onto them. He skimmed his fingertips over the wording which glowed brightly with luminous white light. "Damn you, Bartholomew," Asani cursed.
