That wink was damn sexy, and Felicity couldn't help but appreciate it. She didn't even care that he drove off without walking her to her penthouse. He might see her blush a shade that said, 'I haven't been touched in years and that wink was too inviting'. It honestly put her in the mood for some girl talk and she was happy to see a phone call coming in from Penny.
Felicity tapped the green phone icon and held the phone to her ear, “I was just thinking of calling you."
“Well, this just proves great minds think alike! I just wanted to check in on my bestie and tell her some exciting news."
Felicity squealed with delight, “You know I love exciting news! What's up?"
“Emmett just proposed to me like five minutes ago!" Penny squealed into the phone.
