THE GARDEN OF EVE looked exactly like the last time I was here. But instead of a clear beautiful night sky, the garden viewed a thousand of adorning lamps and ornate. There were lots of people gathering around the trees, wearing all colorful dresses but none white. Wolves circled the gardens with curious eyes. Heavy torches were hanging from the branches above.
It was a wedding day.
But it was also my funeral.
I stood there like a sacrificial lamb as the Alpha King walked from between the people. He was also wearing all white. A pair of trousers and a satin shirt. If it wasn’t for his cruelty and the way this wedding was forced on me, I would have thought he looked terrifyingly beautiful and that I was beyond lucky to be married to someone like him.
