Sometime that day, Kaiden and Zaren are both in the office trying to piece together everything, every clue, every evidence, and every data they have gathered. They placed them all up on a whiteboard.
“I still can’t see the connection between these victims,” Zaren said as he stood next to the whiteboard, looking at all the pieces of evidence they had gathered.
“Me either. They are giving me headaches.” Kaiden replied and then he stood up and added the screen grab photo of the footage that Lysandra showed them.
“Do you really believe that?” Zaren asked and Kaiden looked at him.
“Zaren, just because something you think isn’t real means it isn’t really real,” Kaiden told him and Zaren looked surprised.
