The Facts I shouted, “Blitz! Amelia! Mary!” They rushed in. Gardena pulled Jon’s arm. “Help me get him to the sofa.” Jonathan Diamond was a tall man: it took all five of us to lift and move him over. Fortunately, the handle of the three-tiered sandwich stand had only given him a glancing blow. But his vest was ripped, as was his shirt, and a bleeding scrape lay upon his side.
