Jonah leaned against the back of his chair in the office at the restaurant before sighing and closing both eyes. He was exhausted. It wasn’t mainly due to the things he had to do at the restaurant. After years of running the business, he was certain he could deal with whatever came his way. There was no problem with that aspect of his life at all. He was tired because he hadn’t been sleeping well for more than two weeks. Davion refused to answer his text messages and calls. Davion also didn’t open the door when he visited his boyfriend at the man’s apartment. He had attempted to catch Davion at the museum, but he was barred from entering the employee area. Hence, he hadn’t caught so much as even a glimpse of his boyfriend. Or maybe they were ex-boyfriends now.
