“I heard my Royal Alpha found his mate.” I heard an annoying voice. I swivelled to look at my Beta who looked like a sly cat, his blue eyes glinting with mischief.
“I did,” I announced and he jumped on me, pulling me into a tight hug. I struggled to try to show him I was irritated but he knew it wasn’t the truth.
Because of him, I finally got a chance to be happy about finding my mate, forgetting the situation, at least for a while.
“Congratulations, my friend, you finally got a leash.” He commented and I gave him a look.
“She is my Queen,” I declared to him and pushed him away. He chuckled and stood in front of me with a smile.
