Today is going to be a very tedious day for me, really.
The whole house is having a gathering today and I was asked to prepare some of the dishes for the gathering.
So there I am, starting my work early in the morning.
I'm going to prepare about seven dishes today, all French.
I don't do much of French dishes, so I hope this goes well.
First, I'm gonna start with one the main dishes.
I'm going to make confit duck with red currant sause and pork fillet with porcini and apple.
Sounds so French, right?.
Any ways, they confit duck takes about two and a half hour to make so I'm gonna need to dive right in.
