14 Jagger My pen taps on the desk, my mind momentarily far away from Greg’s rambling on about which author he thinks we should reach out to. The new division is a slow process because I’m much different than my father. I don’t believe in being a dictator. I want my team to love the project as much as I do, so they need to be invested in our goal. Today is Greg’s day to pitch where he thinks we should focus our attention.
