Chapter 3 A breeder to the Alpha

1158 Words
Leaving the house I shared with my stepdad, I felt like I was stepping into a world of vipers. The unknown loomed ahead, vast and threatening, and I knew I couldn't face it alone. At least now I belonged to someone. And maybe he might protect me. Maybe. The car's engine rumbled as we pulled up to the gates of a grand estate. As we drove slowly up the long driveway, the mansion's imposing silhouette grew larger, its grandeur both awe-inspiring and intimidating. At the entrance, staff lined up in a neat row, their faces blank masks and their postures stiff. Yet, there was something in their eyes—it was fear—and that made my heart pound harder. The car stopped, and Evon stepped out, his presence commanding and suffocating. "Welcome back, Alpha," they chorused, voices trembling ever so slightly. The door on my side opened, and I was yanked out, my legs wobbling as I tried to stand. My scant clothing barely registered anymore. The guards gripped me tightly as Evon strode towards the massive front doors, which swung open to reveal a luxurious foyer. The house was like a scene from a movie, every piece of furniture, every antique, the chandeliers, and the railings made of the finest materials. Outside, a fleet of luxury cars gleamed—Mercedes, G-Wagon, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Lamborghini. Everything screamed wealth and power, yet the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, much like the man who now owned me. Alpha Evon was undoubtedly the richest Alpha in the country. But his wealth meant nothing to me. My mind could only focus on the uncertainty of my fate in this place. He led me through the mansion without a word, his stride purposeful and unyielding. I followed, my eyes fixed on his back, taking in his short black hair, his chiseled frame, and the tattoos that snaked down his arms. I wondered if his entire body was inked. We ascended a grand staircase and walked down a long hallway, passing several closed doors until we reached the end. Evon opened the door to a lavish bedroom and I was ushered inside. The room was spacious, with a massive four-poster bed dominating the center. The decor was elegant and tasteful, but it did nothing to ease the fear gnawing at my insides. The beauty around me felt like a cruel mockery of my situation. A group of maids stood off to the side, their heads bowed. Alpha Evon turned to me, his expression cold. "This will be your room," he said, his voice devoid of emotion. "Your sole purpose here is to bear me an heir. A son. If you succeed, you will be released from your obligations and you're free to go. Without my heir, of course. If you fail, you will remain here, bound to me until you do, and you'll be removed from this room and kept in a place befitting failures." His words were like daggers, piercing my heart. The reality of my situation settled over me like a suffocating blanket. I was nothing more than a means to an end, a tool to fulfill his ambitions. Was that why he purchased me at such a high price? Because I was a virgin and there was a high chance I would give him an heir? Evon dismissed the guards and motioned for the maids to approach. They moved swiftly and efficiently, helping him out of his clothes. He stood there, his body strong and imposing, and I couldn't help but feel a pang of fear as I realized what was coming next. "You will bathe and prepare yourself," he ordered, his eyes never leaving mine. "Tonight, we will mate. Your duty begins now." The maids guided me to a bathroom, their touches gentle but firm. The bath was luxurious, the water warm and soothing, but it did little to calm my racing thoughts. I couldn't believe this was happening. That on the same night I was sold, I was expected to mate with this man and conceive a son. With this, I strongly believed that the Moon Goddess had forsaken me. Many months of praying, begging for her to take my pain away, only for it to worsen. I closed my eyes, trying to block out the reality of my situation. But the sound of the water and the gentle hands of the maids brought me back to the present. I had to survive this. I had to endure, if only to gain my freedom one day. There was no one that could save me. As long as I was purchased by him, I belonged to him. This was the tradition for werewolves and I couldn't do anything about it. After my bath, the maids dressed me in a silk robe and escorted me back to the bedroom. Evon was already there, waiting. His eyes raked over me, and I felt exposed, vulnerable. The maids excused themselves, and now I was left alone with this man. "Get on the bed," he commanded, his voice leaving no room for disobedience. I hesitated, my fear holding me back. But the look in his eyes spurred me into action, and I climbed onto the bed, my heart pounding in my chest. "What is your name?" he asked, his tone indifferent. "Ayra," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. "Ayra," he repeated, as if tasting the name. "How can I forget that name? Now listen to me Ayra, you will bear me a son. Fail, and you will remain here, trapped under me forever. And you will suffer like the rest of them." Them. Who was 'them'? Tears welled in my eyes, but I blinked them away. I couldn't afford to show weakness. Not now. Not in front of him. He moved closer, his presence overwhelming. His hands were rough as they gripped me, and I bit back a cry. This wasn't how it was supposed to be. I had always imagined my first time to be with someone who cared about me, someone who loved me. But reality was a cruel mistress, and I was at her mercy. Evon didn't waste any time. His hands were harsh and unyielding as they stripped away the silk robe, leaving me bare and vulnerable. I shivered under his gaze, the air cold against my skin. "Lay down," he ordered again, his voice brooking no argument. I complied, my body trembling as I lay down. The bed was soft, but it felt like a slab of ice beneath me. Evon climbed onto the bed, his eyes dark with intent. He reached out, his hand gripping my chin, forcing me to look at him. "You will obey me," he said, his voice a low growl. "You will give me an heir. It is very important you do. Do you understand?" "Yes, Alpha," I whispered, my voice shaking. "Good girl. Now spread your legs for me.”
