“I hope you like this,” Mani said.
Alex heard enough uncertainty in Mani’s voice to judge how nervous he was. Did he feel that way because they were about to have s*x, or because of how Alex might react to his true physical form? Mani had said Alex would like it…but would he? Only one way to find out. He gave Mani a nod and a smile of encouragement, holding his breath, a heartbeat away from telling Mani to hurry. One part of Alex’s anatomy seemed to be ready for anything. Alex kicked his brain into thinking the same. Whatever happened next, he was determined not to react in a negative way…not unless Mani manifested into something with scales, claws, and teeth, in which case he’d been duped and was likely a goner anyway.
