After the nice officer left, Aria remained on the couch and tears continued to drip from her eyes. She remembered the way she and Ethan had been. They were so happy until he started making it his life work to sleep with every woman he came across. That was a major tedious flag but she didn't pay it any attention. She was blinded by love.

As for Sofia, she was so stupid. Aria thought she truly cared for her. She thought Sofia was an absolute best friend, but in the end, she was only a means to an end. She didn't care about her. Sofia only wanted Ethan and Aria to make it possible.
