If only Turlach was amenable to Saito’s attempts to talk, that would be great. His fellow crewmate was still elusive after Saito’s rest cycle. Turlach was scheduled to work the comm console on Saito’s shift with the vegetables four days out of the week, so he should’ve been in to harvest the chives during Saito’ first shift. Saito grumbled an unintelligible curse under his breath when he rounded the hatchway to Harmony and found it empty. It’s not as though ‘Lach could hear him coming. There were no footsteps to give him away on the Station. “What are you looking for?” Eli asked at his shoulder.
