The run back doesn't take too long, and once we reach the pack grounds, I instantly take off towards the hostpital. I know she will be there and working. It doesn't matter what happened before or how hurt she got, my mate is a tough one and the best woman the moongodess could ever have gifted me.
"There she is!" I say to her back when I find her standing inside her doctor's office, reading a document in front of her desk. Her beautiful body makes me feel warm inside every time my eyes land on her.
"Are you all back?" She says and swirls around to meet my gaze when I take long strides over to where she is standing and pull her into my arms. I knew she was alright, but it calms me and my wolf to have her close.
