Hearing Liz walk around the car when she comes to stop beside us.
"Oh, I'm fine. Just not used to travel in a car," I say to Heidi, trying to sound convincing. I haven't been in a car more than a handful of times, but I have no problem going in one.
"Where have you been hiding all your life?" Liz asks, and I hear how curious she sounds in her voice.
"I worked in the pack house, didn't have much time for anything else." I just state when she grabs my arm in hers and starts to pull me with her.
"Oh, you have a lot to learn, girl," she says when I turn my head to look over my shoulder and see Heidi have started to walk behind us.
"I don't think you are qualified to teach her a thing, or she will end up like you," Heidi says when I glance over at Liz and she stops to look at h
