Diane’s POV. “I’m so confused right now.” “You usually are.” I came straight to Alpha Ryan’s office right after I left the training field and we’ve been going back and forth over nothing for the past ten minutes. “How’d I know if someone else was there?” “You should be able to sense them.” “Well, I didn’t sense anyone.” I threw my hands up. “Deliberately or…?” “Please, I’m done here.” I pushed to stand up. “Remain in your seat, Diane.” He used his Alpha tone so I sat back down without protest. “You’d leave when I tell you to.” “You’re wasting my time.” I rolled my eyes. “You realize it’s very rude to do that?” He squinted his eyes at me. “Do what? This?” I rolled my eyes at him again taking my time this time around. “You don’t ever listen until it’s too late,” he spoke lowly.
