Diane's POV “Can we get some food first?” Aubrey asked as we stepped into the building. I barely paid attention to her words as I could still feel the heat in my cheeks from earlier and I didn't want to grab anybody's attention. Especially Aubrey who was likely to make a fuss about it. As soon as we stopped in front of the mall a few minutes ago, I subtly slid my palm out of his hands and practically flew out of the car. The air had been awkward between us as he silently trailed after us into the mall.
