"and sir here's your coffee , enjoy please" you said as the customer smiled at you. You smile back and walked towards the counter to take other orders. "y/n I have to leave early please tell manager" Nayeon said as she waved goodbye to you and you waved back. You sat on the counter and looked around bcz right now no one is ordering coffee at your cafe. You worked at a cafe for five years. You were just a simple , innocent girl who hasn't know the world that much. You lived with your lovely grandma who always take care of you. She's just like a parent to you. The clouds started taking over the whole city and the time was almost over. You quickly packed up your things and left the cafe after giving the keys to the manager. You started back to walk towards your destination. The clouds started rumbling and you covered your ears with both of the hands. You received a call from your grandma and immediately picked it up. "y/n where are you? it's going to rain" she said. "yes grandma I'm on my way I hope I can reach on time the clouds won't stop talking" you said rolling your eyes back and cancelled the call. You quickly started walking but the rain won't let you complete your journey. You stepped in a small shop and waited Your eyes roamed around the shop and you spotted a bunch of umbrellas in the corner. You quickly pulled out one and paid for it. You opened it and started to walk to your home. Your head was hanging down as you hardly bumped into someone really hard and fell on the ground. "ouch" you groaned and hissed. You quickly got up and using a tissue bcz it's the only thing you had from which you can clean your clothes. "I'm sorry" a male voice said. You looked at the tall , blond , young man. He was wearing a long coat and a cap with his mask on. "it's okay no problem" you said and turned around to leave. You started walking as you heard footsteps behind you. You slowed your pace to see if there was really someone behind you. You looked back and the tall man was still looking at you. You gulped and stared to walk faster. In a few minutes , you reached home and closed the door behind. "grandma I'm home" you said from downstairs but didn't received any response. You frowned in concern and slowly walked upstairs and opened her door. "oh grandma you're sleeping" you whispered and walked towards her. You kissed her forehead and walked back downstairs. You had dinner and then sat in the living room watching TV and listening to news. You choked and coughed when you heard an unexpected news. another mafia took power over the whole country no one can stop them bcz they are president's Hong special guests" the news anchor said. You rolled your eyes and changed the channel. On the other channel same news was going on. "oh God are they trying to scare me?" you said. You quickly turned off the TV and got up to wash your plates. As you were washing , someone rang the bell making you startled. "coming" you said. You dried your hands and walked towards the main door. You opened the door and saw the same man whom you bumped in. "ohh....hi h-how can I help y-you?" you said scratching your ear. "you lost this" he said handing back your precious ring that was given to you by your mother. "oh thank you so much where did you find it?" you said grabbing the ring from him. "you dropped it when you bumped in me" he said. You nodded and wore it. He didn't said anything and walked away. You looked at him and was confused at his action. "okay suit yourself" you whispered and closed the door. NEXT DAY: "I'M TELLING YOU LOSERS IF I DID'NT GET THAT FILE IN MINUTES I'LL SUE YOU ALL" jungkook shouted , the fearless mafia and one of the most dangerous in the country. "s-sir we're s-sorry but give us sometime to arrange that file" one of his men said. Jungkook sighed heavily and said "okay okay take your f*****g time and give me that f*****g file". Everyone nodded and left his private office. No one dare to come in his office until he told him to. Jungkook slammed his fists on the table letting out his anger and sat on his chair. His maid knocked at the door and he ordered her to come in. "Master your mother is here" she said as Jungkook quickly stood up and said "now what she wants". The maid said "I don't know Master she wants to see you". Jungkook nodded and walked out towards the living room. "get out get out now" he said and left the living room. "what am I going to do with him?" she said. Jungkook walked outside the luxurious apartment and drove away not knowing where he wanna go , just wanted to get rid off his mother. He stoped outside your cafe and stepped in. You saw from the corner of the eye that someone was entering the cafe. You quickly turned around and pulled out menu. You walked towards him and realized that he was the same man whom you bumped in the last day. "what a coincidence we met again" you said and placed the menu on the table. He slowly looked at you with an expressionless face. "one coffee please" he coldly said as you slightly frown. You grabbed the menu and walked back to the counter. "give coffee to that weird person sitting there" you said to the co-worker. You got back to work and watched outside world being busy. A few minutes later , the same co-worker came to you. "that man is asking you to give him coffee" she said. "huh?" you frowned in annoyance and glanced at him who was already looking at you. "okay no worries" you said and grabbed the tray and walked towards him. "here you go sir" you said and placed the tray on his table infront of him. "if you need anything you can call me" you said as he took off his mask and smiled at you. You bowed and was about to left but he stoped you by saying your name. You gasped internally. "how did you know my name?" you asked with your brows raised. "it's normal why can't I know your name" he said smirking and chuckled. "no I mean you never asked me my name so how?" you said. "forget about it" he said. "okay as you wish" you said. He softly smiled at you and you both were interrupted by your angry manager. "y/n come here" the manager said. Although he said in a calm way but his anger will all get out once you walk in his room. "bye" you said waving a small bye to him. He nodded and looked away. You tinted around to leave and walked in his room. "yes sir what is it?" you said. "will you stop flirting with customers huh? I know you're a friendly person but that doesn't mean that you have to go to each and every customer and he friends with them" he said almost shouting at you. You just kept silent and kept looking down. "UNDERSTAND?!" he yelled. "yes s-sir" you stuttered almost feeling a lump of tears in your tears. You bowed and walked out of the room. You didn't even spared a glance at him and started working. After drinking his coffee , he got up and paid. "the coffee was amazing make me one more everyday" he said as you looked at him with teary eyes and quickly looked away. "thanks" you said while looking down. "hey what happened?" he asked. You quickly looked at him and walked away. "huh?" he said and looked at you confused. You quickly grabbed the menu and walked towards the new customer. He left the cafe and sat in his car , drove away. You saw him going away. After finishing work , you cleaned the counter as a group of people came in. "the cafe is about to close" you said as none of them listened to you. Only you were in the cafe , none of your co-worker neither your manager. You gulped as they all sat on the table. You rolled your eyes back and grabbed the menu and confidently walked towards them. "what do you like to-" you were about to place the menu on the table but one of them grabbed your wrist. You struggled to get rid off his disgusting grip but couldn't bcz he was too strong. "let go off me" you said and gave your last pull and free your hand. Everyone sitting on that table with him laughed at you. You brought your left hand to massage your right wrist and frowned at them. "what do you want to have?" you said stepping backwards. "how about a night with you?" he winked at you. You stomped your feet on the floor and shouted "if you guys do this one more time then-" you were cut off when that person stood up and walked towards you. "so what you'll shout for help and gather people here huh?" he said. You gulped and shed a tear. You tried hard to stay strong infront of him but couldn't. He raised his hands and brought it towards your face and was about to touch your cheeks but stopped. His mobile phone rang and he stoped his actions. "where the f**k are you guys?" jungkook said on the other side of the phone but you didn't knew that he's on the call. You gulped and took the chance to go away from him. "sir we're just coming" he said and signalled his men to come back to work. You looked at them confused on how they just came in and sat and didn't hand anything , instead they harassed you. You quickly pulled out the keys and your bag and got out closing the door. You took a deep breathe and turned around to leave. You decided to take the small part which was going through the alley. "is it safe going from there?" you said to yourself. You shrugged off the unnecessary thinking and walked there. You reached home and quickly got in. As usual , you greeted your grandma and had your dinner while watching TV. You saw his blurred pictured on the screen and quickly stood up and walked towards the TV. "I saw him somewhere" you said and narrowed your eyes to see carefully but before you could react , your grandma called you. "coming grandma" you said from downstairs. You quickly walked towards your grandma's room and opened it. "yes grandma what is it?" you said. "give me a glass of water I have to take my medicines" she said. You nodded and poured the glass of water for her. "sit down here" she said as you sat infront of her. "remember what I always told you" she said. "what grandma?" you said. "be careful this world is so cruel okay don't let them destroy your precious soul" she said as you smiled and hugged her. "yes grandma I'll take care of that".
