The week flew by with little drama, aside from Claire’s daily antics. Hannah and Alec are now the talk of the school, with some guys betting on how long their relationship will last—Mason bets until graduation, while others think it’ll end before spring break or New Year’s. Claire is furious, but she knows better than to mess with Hannah when I’m around.
"I'm so nervous! What if I screw up the date? It's been a year since I've been on one," Matt sighs over breakfast.
"You'll be fine. Just follow my advice," I say, patting his back.
