6 Meeting her

1214 Words
Tlou   I’m bored.  I stare at the milling bodies on the dance floor from my chair in the VIP section and feel like I should be somewhere else, doing something rather than sit here and listen to Vic and his model buddies talk about their last campaign. They are here celebrating the success of their i********: campaign where they travelled the world in eighty days taking pictures in the most exotic places. Just four guys travelling and sourcing places no one ever imagine existed. I must say the pictures they took are amazing and moving. Their campaign is so successful they garnered a major following and endorsements from numerous companies. Why he decided to celebrate their victory at me and my twin’s club is beyond me. We could have gone somewhere else where the crowd is less predictable. Vic promised me a good time, when he called asking him to join him. Something about wanting me to meet some incredible woman he met on his exotic travels. I sigh, not sure I will be good company tonight.  Maybe I am not feeling this party tonight because my life is changing right before my eyes. My brother is getting married. How Sade managed to hook him is beyond me. She isn’t our woman and my twin brother knows it but he is marrying her anyway. Something about him being tired. I close my eyes, shutting out the music as my brother’s words fill my mind. We had been standing in his bedroom and he was getting ready to go meet Sade. Clearly not honouring Vic’s invitation. A first since we do almost everything together. “I’m tired of waiting, Tlou,” He had looked at me with a worn out expression that affected me even though I didn’t want to give in. I knew we will find her. We just had to be patient. “There is no woman out there who will satisfy my needs and your needs the way we want. I found one and you rejected her after she spent an incredible night with us.” Tau had thrown his arms in the air in defeat. “You said Carol isn’t the one. But who is? No women will be willing to take on two men at once.” “She shouldn’t be willing Tau. She needs to fall in love with us.” Tau was silent for a long time that I thought he wasn’t going to say anything. “We might have a need to share everything, brother, but not everyone is like us. Maybe it’s time we let our dream go.” He said fixing his tie, and reaching for his suit jacket. We’ve had this dream of living in the same house, having the same wife and children ever since we were teen boys. We shared everything else since we were young, even our mother’s womb. Why would we separate when we are older? It seems ridiculous to us. But now, Tau is losing hope and giving up on our dream. I can’t allow him to do that. I can’t see myself building a life without my brother, living my own life with some woman. I sigh again, not in the mood for a party. Vic will have to forgive me. I am ready to leave. I need to go home and think of how I’m going to convince my brother to wait, give us more time to search for the special woman who will be ours. I lean over to get Vic’s attention. When two gorgeous women approach the VIP section over Vic’s shoulder. They clearly know where they’re going because they make straight for us. The one in front looks like a dark skinned goddess, who just left her lofty temple to grace us with her presence, but it is the woman walking behind her that holds my attention. She’s dressed provocatively, showing glowing brown skin that draw the eye to her mid-section and her defined thighs. She is gorgeous and utterly hot. I swallow a few times, as my mouth has suddenly gone dry, amazed by the sight of her. But for a woman dressed the way she is there is an air of shyness and awkwardness about her that is endearing and tells me that there is more to her, than just what I am seeing. And I long to know more. The woman in front her squeals and throws her arms around Vic. They hug for a few minutes, blocking my view before they move aside so I can see her again. She stands there looking nervous, like she isn’t sure where she fits in. My eyes crawl down her amazing body, taking in her generous curves, slim waist and her sizable breasts. She is gorgeous and I feel my heart pick up speed the more I stare at her. I get to my feet and take an involuntary step towards her, drawn by an invisible cord I cannot deny. Fucking s**t…I want her. I want her for us… for my brother and I. The words slam in my brain causing excitement to flare in my belly. I wish I could take her home with me to meet my brother. And…and what? Shit… What was I going to say to her? I sit back down flustered. Tau’s words echo in my mind like a warning flag, I am definitely going to ignore. But they bombard me anyway as I doubt the feelings that are rushing through me at the sight of her: “There is no woman out there who will satisfy my needs and your needs the way we want… No women will be willing to take on two men at once.” I clench my jaw needing my imaginary brother to shut the f**k up. I stare at Vic as he goes around introducing everyone. When he comes to me, my whole body starts to thrum with energy – it climbs down my spine to settle in my stomach. God she’s giving me butterflies in my stomach like I’m a teenage boy on my first crush. My hands suddenly feel clammy as she comes to stand in front of me with her friend. I stand up towering over them. “Ladies this is Tlou Mogale, Tau Mogale’s twin the owner of this very establishment we are standing in. So be nice, or he’ll kick us out,” Vic says laughing. His brings his drink to his lips, hiding the wink that he aims at me. Fuck, he knows that I’m awestruck by the absolute goddess standing in front of me. I shake my head, smiling slightly as I pull myself together. I hope to God I don’t show how nervous I am because I don’t want to mess this up. I want her for my brother and I, and she’s going to be the one who saves Tau from the biggest mistake of his life. “I think I hired some very big guys for that job. I’m here as a guest remember?” I say as I turn away from Vic to give the women my full attention, especially her. “It’s nice to meet you ladies.” “This is Blu,” Vic wraps his arm around the first woman, “And this is Luna, her friend.” I nod at Blu and then turn to Luna as I take a step closer to her. Our eyes collide and for a minute I cannot breathe.
