My fingers tighten around Luna’s hand as a feeling of possessiveness surge within me.
I don’t want to ever let her go.
When I called her earlier tonight. I had been in a very dark place. A place it seemed I couldn’t fight my way out of. And I have the aches and pains to prove it. Taking on those two guys at the club had been stupid. But I was too angry to see reason, even Vic’s cautioning words hadn’t been able to reach me. I wanted to fight for what I wanted, what I knew was mine…ours… even though my opponent, my twin brother, wasn’t there.
Crazy, I know. But I needed it, like I need her now.
