“We need to send Mist back as soon as possible. She is not safe here”, I said to Kane in a concerned tone. We were sitting in the bar inside the hotel. The whole day was a mess and I was worried for Mist. “But we can’t let her go alone”, he said after finishing his drink and I looked at him in confusion. “You know very well that the attack was meant for her. I reached here in the morning and she was the one who provoked that b****d. You (I pointed a finger at him angrily) let her take the shot on behalf of you when you clearly knew that he was associated with some mafia here”, I accused him for putting Mist in danger in this unknown country.
