“You are going to Michigan with Kane?” Naomi asked me in an excited voice and I glared hard at her. “O come on, Mist. This can be your chance to go closer to him”, she was still excited and I huffed aloud. “I don’t have any intention to go close to him. After how he behaved last night in the party… that was so embarrassing for me. His parents, especially his mother, are so good to me. After what he did, I don’t think that she will treat me in the same manner that she has treated me in the past”, I replied to her and my tone became a little sad in the end. “But that was not your fault, right? It was Kane who behaved recklessly. You didn’t ask him to go possessive over you like that”, Naomi immediately defended me in a stern voice. I smiled and went near her on the bed.
