“So you are going on a dinner date with her tonight, huh?” I frowned when Chris asked me in a teasing tone. “It’s not a dinner date. We are having our late dinner together and then I will drop her to the hospital”, I told him in a gloomy tone and he laughed this time. I wanted to punch him for making fun of me. “Do you want a beating, huh?” I yelled at him over the call and he laughed harder. I was at my penthouse getting ready to pick up Mist from the garage where she worked part-time. I knew about her part-time job but for the first time, I was not happy with that. I wanted to spend some time with her so that I can know her better, but it seemed like a very tough job to me right now. She didn’t have much spare time to herself.
