I hurt his feelings!
Claude stood there with a blank expression staring at me crying
"Claude..."
I slowly walked towards him and held his hand
I tried consoling him and yet he only stared at me
"....Kill....her.."

"C-Claude!"
What are you talking about?!
Who are you going to kill?!
Maybe I just misheard so I brushed it off and focused on Claude who was saddened by my sudden action
"I am so sorry Claude you suddenly went- I got scared cause you-"
I tried explaining myself
"Was it because of what the old lady told you about the pink jeweled eyes?"
He asked me sadly
"I..."
I can't say anything all I can do is look at him guiltily
I feel myself shivering and worried that I had hurt his feelings
Claude bowed his head looking at my hands touching his
He then put his hand on top of mine and said
"Don't worry Athy i'm fine"
He answered as he smiled sweetly yet sadly
My eyes widened to see him tried to hide his expression through smiling
"Claude i-"
I was about to explain myself some more but
"Hey guys look I never had this fun when I was a kid, I have so many pri-"
The three of us looked at Josefina who was smiling so brightly
She shouted happily as she hugged all of the stuff toys she earned while playing
But when she saw us an the mood around us she suddenly became quiet
....
"I was playing with Cythe but he vanished so I looked for him and got distracted by another game"
She explained herself
Her voice then suddenly became quieter
I'm happy that her shyness is gone now that she knew us more
But I just didn't have the energy to show it
"What happened here?"
Josefina then asked
I looked down at the ground as Josefina asked that question
I didn't know what to say
How can I even explain this
To think I'd be scared with Claude who had done nothing but kindness to me

I can feel the cold wind touched us
I don't know what to say anymore
Should I just say that I was scared because he startled me?

I closed my eyes and Clenched my hands and thought of what to do

Claude then called my name
I looked up to see his tears were gone and all I see is the Claude who I always see everyday
He smiled at me gently and took my hand and caressed it softly
"Don't worry Athy i'm fine"

I can't hear any sign of him sad all I can hear is....
Nothing, his tone of voice was nothing that I heard of
His voice wasn't sad, Happy, angry, nothing....
It was only.... blank
"Claude are you really Okay?"
As I touched Claude's face to make him look at me so that I could see his expression better
He was startled but looked me in the eye
He touched my hand who touched his face and gently held and smiled
"I'm fine Athy"
He said smiling brightly
"Claude..."
I said worried
"..."
He gave no response and was staring in thin air silently
"Claude are you really?"
I asked him again to make sure if he was really fine
He nodded and said
"I'll be going now Athy..."
I really did hurt his feelings
"I suddenly became tired, I need to rest..."
He smiled sweetly

I couldn't say anything else so i just nod
*Nod*
Claude then nods back and turned to walk forward
"Be safe Claude!"
Josefina shouted and was worried about him too
Claude did not look back but he raised his hand and waved back to say goodbye
I really messed up
How could I think that the pink jeweled eye was Claude?
His eyes may be pink nut I don't think it's him....
But why did i get so scared!
I even hesitated and thought that what if the one the old lady mentioned was Claude

I bit my lip as hard as I can
This at least could be my punishment

As I was thinking deeply someone then touched my shoulders
I turned to look back it was Cythe
but he did not say anything
He just gently patted my shoulders and quietly comforted me
As Josefina stood there quietly
I didn't know what she was doing as I was looking down
Cythe then pulled me close to him and patted my back softly
"....."
He did not say anything
"I'm not the one who needed this Cythe, Claude needs it"
I said
"...Yes, he does"
He calmly answered
"I didn't do it on purpose.. "
I said with a hint of sadness that starts to build up in my voice
"I know"
Cythe answered
"I- I really *hick* wanted to *hick hick* apologize to Claude*hick hick*"
I finally started to cry
I remembered looking at Claude who was sad that i acted that way
But he still continued to smile
But here I am getting comforted when the one who really needs it is Claude
When his own mother did not even give him such love and importance
Claude is suffering and yet I can't do anything
"*hick hick*"
I cried quietly as Cythe continued to hug and patted me

After what happened yesterday we all went home quietly
We brought Josefina home
Her house was more further than me and Cythe
The I went home after
Cythe's home was closer to mine after all
Me and Claude found a shortcut to where his house when we were finding a place to make our future plans
And last night Cosmo finally showed up after 2 days!
I remembered him saying he got some things to do but when he showed in front of me
I saw a flower tied around his neck
He wasn't even doing anything special he was only partying!
He explained everything but I wasn't satisfied
I wasn't in the mood to be angry so I just quietly went to bed and slept
I guess after crying I slept immediately
When I woke up I quickly fixed myself and came rushing to Claude's dorm
"*Yaaaaawn*Where are you going so early in the morning? Your class doesn't start until 8?"
Cosmo asked
"I'm going to visit Claude, now shush and go back to sleep!"
I answered back
"If you say so*yaaawn*"
Cosmo answered back and went to back sleep
I arrived at Claude's dorm
But he wasn't here....
Where is he?
I wanted to apologize again this time...
I really hurt his feelings...
I touched his door and said I was sorry
But what can I do now, he's not here

I stared at his door silently
"What are you doing here Athy?"
I heard someone calling my name and it was Cythe
He slowly went near me and asked me
"I cam to check up on Claude"
I said as I smiled sadly
"I heard from the council that he was excused, they told me he wasn't feeling well"
Cythe said
"I see.."
I answered back
Oh right!
Claude is part of the student council and he's even the president!
They said that the only reason he joined the student council was because of Josefina was there
"You're the president of the student council right? Is it because of Josefina?"
I asked as I smiled awkwardly
"What are you talking about?"
Cythe looked at me confused
"Aren't you the School president?"
I asked him
I was sure he was?
"I'm not even part of the student council..."
He answered back
"Eh?"
"And we already met the School President"
Cythe said
"We did? who?"
I asked back
"Lianna"
He answered immediately
"Who?"
I don't know who that is
I scratched my head trying to remember who it was
*Sigh*
Cythe took a big sigh and said
"Grass lady"
He answered again
"Oh! Grass lady was our president?!"
I shouted shocked to hear who it was
"You're clearly not listening"
Cythe then flicked my forehead
"Ow!"
I shouted
As i touched my forehead to where he flicked it
"W-wait how did you even know that when your not part of the student council? about Claude I mean"
I asked
"Let's go now, Ina's waiting"
He then dodge the question and walked away
"Yo- *sigh*"

Saying he name intimately again
"Ok!"
I nodded my head then followed him
As we walked our way to meet Josefina I then thought about the novel
Since the novel has changed so much what will happen to me?
Will I be killed because of this?
As I thought and thought when i suddenly bumped onto Cythe
Why'd he stopped?
"What's the matter?"
I asked him
Cythe turned to look at me and said
"Class is suspended today"
Cythe suddenly said

"Suspended why did I not hear about this?"
"That was because you weren't listening Grassy told us about this in her speech and was mentioned again by the professor"
Cythe answered
"Oh they did? I guess my memory isn't that great"
I said as I bonk my head softly
But Cythe only stared at me
I-is there something on my face?
I then hurriedly kept touching my face to feel what it was when suddenly
"Athy... After the talk with Josefina, I want to ask you something just the 2 of us..."
Cythe looked at me in a very serious face

Something?
What is this something?
Why do I have a bad feeling?
"Athy, Cythe!"
Josefina called out to the both of us as she waved her hand high up
"Let's go Athy"
Cythe offered his hand
I stared at it deeply
Cythe was embarrassed so he quickly hid his hand away
"*Ehem!* L-let's go"
He cleared his throat and walked away to go to Josefina
His ears then went bright red and touched his nape
Did I miss my chance to hold his hand?
I shook my head very roughly
This is not the tine for this Athy let's go Josefina is waiting

We then arrived in an empty room it was dusty kike it wasn't used for long
"What is this?"
I asked the both of them
Josefina then quickly went near me and smiled happily
"This is our Club room!"
She answered Happily
Is this really the Josefina that I know?
Josefina wasn't the scary face anymore the Josefina I see right now is a happy one
I'm happy that she get to be herself now that we're close that is good!
But..
"Club room?"
I asked to make sure
Josefina then happily nodded her head
Cythe then went near me and said
"I tried stopping her, I told her that a Club room is not needed an yet she insisted"
Cythe said
"This is where we'll be telling our secrets!"
Josefina Shouted happily
She then turned to look at me
"Let me tell you my secret Athy"
As she smiled and said in a worried tone
