Narrator’s POV Alarm bells rang out in Zaira’s head as she saw the cloth in the Warrior’s hand. She stiffened up. Elder Parish’s long rant and complaints were droned out in her mind as her vision seemed to zoom in on the clothes in the Warrior’s hands. Kane casually glanced at the clothes before he looked away. To him, it didn’t seem like much. There were many cases of people being attacked by beasts outside the pack, or even close to the borders.
