A month has passed and things between Derek and I haven't changed. No, I take that back, things have changed. We are now spending the night at each others apartments periodically when Derek is working at this office. Our appetite for each other has only gotten worse with time. We still skirt around talking about 'us'. Derek seems to always have some excuse as to why he can't talk about us, but has plenty of time to loose himself in me. I was nearing my whits end. I don't know how much longer I could keep this going for.
"Is everything set for the bridal shower?" Jessica asked.
