Chapter 33 :
He looked at him from over the rim of his hot streaming cup. His eyes into slits as he closely scrutinize him as if he was some kind of social experiment for him. His eyes followed his every little moment - be it him raising the streaming cup of latte to his lips , moving a little to get a more comfortable place on the sofa or anything else. They sat in the most tensed air he could practically feel the rising tension rate surrounding the room. His heart raised with the anticipation of things to come. He knew if Godden refused to believe him he was screwed for life. Yet nothing about Godden said that he was going to go easy on Stefan.
